Damian is a Senior Mortgage Broker with over 8 years' experience. He has always had a focus on money & wealth creation from a young age. He started investing in his teenage years. This was funded by working 7 days a week and maintaining a minimum of 3 jobs at any one time. He quickly realised that he would not be able to maintain this forever and had to make smart decisions early on to ensure a comfortable and stress-free retirement. Damian purchased his first property at 22 and continues to add to his property portfolio whenever possible.

Outside of work Damian loves spending time with his family, staying active and watching movies either at home or at the cinema. He prefers Hoyts popcorn over Village.

Angelo's mission is to empower clients by sharing his incredible lending, business and compliance knowledge. Angelo has decades of experience as a finance broker and business owner and has helped many clients arranging residential, commercial and asset finance loans. He has also worked for one of Australia's largest Aggregators as a Compliance Training Manager and is also an accredited mentor for university students at RMIT Australia.

Through personalized training and strategic guidance, he helps establish sustainable and compliant business practices, so they can succeed in a very competitive industry.

Jenny is an experienced professional with an extensive legal background that brings a unique perspective to her role in property advisory and lending.

At Logic Partners, Jenny works closely with clients to develop and coordinate property and lending strategies, guiding them through what can often be a complex investment process. Her legal experience provides a strong foundation for understanding contracts, risk, commercial considerations and the many moving parts involved in property transactions, allowing her to identify potential issues early and ensure clients are making well-informed decisions.

Jenny works closely with clients, lenders, builders, solicitors, accountants and other professional partners to coordinate each stage of the journey, from initial planning and finance through to construction, settlement and beyond.

Known for her attention to detail, clear communication and practical approach, Jenny is passionate about making the property investment process as seamless and transparent as possible. Her combination of legal expertise, property knowledge and client-focused approach enables her to provide comprehensive guidance designed to support clients in achieving their long-term property and financial goals.

Armita brings a unique combination of legal, business and property industry experience to her role as Senior Contracts Administrator at Logic Partners. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration, Armita has developed a strong understanding of commercial, contractual and business principles, complemented by previous experience across the property, construction and contract administration sectors.

At Logic Partners, Armita plays an integral role in coordinating clients throughout their property investment journey, from contract execution through to construction, settlement and post-settlement services. She works closely with clients, builders, developers, conveyancers, solicitors, finance brokers and other stakeholders to coordinate contracts, monitor project milestones, facilitate progress payments and ensure projects continue to progress efficiently.

Her background in contract administration and the property and construction industries gives Armita a strong understanding of the practical processes and documentation involved in residential property projects. Combined with her legal and business qualifications, she brings a highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused approach to managing each project.

Armita is also a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, coordinating documentation and assisting with enquiries throughout the property journey. She is passionate about delivering a seamless and positive client experience and ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage.

In addition to her property and client responsibilities, Armita supports Logic's marketing and client engagement initiatives, coordinating newsletters, electronic communications, social media content and other initiatives that keep clients informed and connected with the business.

Armita's combination of legal and business qualifications, property and construction experience, contract administration expertise and strong client focus makes her an important part of the Logic team.
